No getting around this

The lease becomes legally binding with the reservation confirmation of the lessor. Oral or oral information provided by telephone only represents non-binding information. The written reservation confirmation is authoritative for the content of the lease. 

The rental price as well as any additional costs are listed in the respectively valid price lists and include the legally required value added tax.

The rental object is rented with the complete inventory in accordance with the inventory index and one set of bedding. Damages occurring to the object during the rental period are to be compensated by the tenant with no verification of responsibility at cost price. The tenant is equally liable for damages caused by persons in his/her travelling party.

Orders for objects of hire are taken on a non-binding basis. There is no claim for such.

Within 14 days following the date of issuance of the reservation confirmation, a down payment of 25% of the rental sum is to be remitted onto the bank account of the lessor; the remaining sum is to be remitted in the same manner up to 20 days prior to the date of arrival. In the event of a start of the rental period within 20 days following registration of the rental period, the entire sum is payable immediately.

If the rental contract is cancelled 42 or more days before the rental period begins, then a processing fee of 20.00 euros will be charged. If the contract is cancelled 10 or more days, but less than 42 days prior to the rental period's begin, 25% of the agreed-upon rental fee will be charged, and 50% of the rental fee will be charged at less than 10 day's notice of cancellation. If the renter does not arrive, or if he/she leaves earlier than the agreed-upon time, then he/she has no claim for compensation on the days in which the rental space was not used. It is the renter's responsibility to prove that the landlord suffered no damage due to the renter's cancellation or failure to arrive, or that this damage is lower than the cancellation fee or the retained rental fee.

On the day of arrival, the tenant can move into the apartment or bungalow at 5:00 p.m. at the earliest, and into the hotel room not prior to 3:00 p.m. On the day of departure, the rental object is to be vacated by 10:00 a.m. and the key is to be returned to Reception. The reservation will be maintained up until 1:00 p.m. of the day following the date of the begin of the rental period. Thereafter, the reservation obligation expires.

Pets are not allowed. Exceptions on request - depending on the type of apartment - possible.

The tenant is obligated to comply with the valid regulations of the lessor in the respective facilities (house regulations, parking regulations, swimming pool regulations, etc.). The tenant acknowledges the binding nature of the regulations displayed for the facility by his/her usage of such. In the event of usage of the rental object contrary to the terms of the contract such as sub-leasing, overcrowding, disturbance of the peace, etc., as well as in the event of non-payment of the rent, the lease can be terminated immediately.

There have been no additional oral agreements made before the signing of the contract. 

Legal relations are governed by German law.
